Foreshadowed Darkness
Foreshadowed Darkness (1992, 16mm black and
white, 14 Minutes)
A visual representation of a
poem written by Richard Fredrick. The Minneapolis Graphic Artist was stricken
with total blindness in the prime of his career. The film reaches into
the thoughts of a blind person as the world looks in at him. Loneliness,
misunderstanding and alienation are the feelings that could be seen as
the poem talks back to the world.
