This is the old index.php with the 'table' tag being used to group links on the page. This works good in Firefox but does not in IE. We are looking into this issue. In the mean time we are using bullets to group the links on the page. Have a nice day and lots of luck in the future!.

Testing the background color using css definition file. Body defined in content file. This sample page is rendered properly with the dark gray background color.

Testing the background color using css definition file. Body defined in PageCss9.css. With the Body definedin the file we are not getting the result required. Notice the background color is NOT rendered and as a result is write (maybe a default).
