Dear President George Bush,

Last night while I was eating dinner with my 6 year old son I listened to a show on the radio called "This American Life". The story this evening is about Habeas Corpus and how the US Government is not providing prisoners at Guantanamo Bay with these rights.

The right of habeas corpus has been a part of our country's legal tradition longer than we've actually been a country. But the war on terror has nixed many of the rules we used to think of as fundamental.

You should be ashamed of yourself for treating human beings the way you are treating those at Guantanamo Bay.

Also the TORTURE that you allow ... YOU ARE A BAD MAN!

I will write again soon.

Peace and Love,
Chris Macgowan
